Panda does not tend to rank your site very high if there are a large amount of links that lead to deleted pages or pages that have been moved on your website. When this happens, it can basically stop search engines from trying to access your site at all if it happens often enough. That is why it is critically important to periodically check your links to ensure they are working properly.

Duplicate Content

One thing that Panda seems to be quick to pick up on is duplicate content on different pages of your website. When Panda picks up on this it gets frustrated because it has a hard time giving importance and credibility to one set of content over the other. Remember here, it is important not to get on the program’s bad side.

High Keyword Saturation

Panda sees an abundance of SEO keywords on a webpage as someone who is trying to cheat the system and so this is becoming more and more frowned upon by the Panda algorithm. It was one of the major reasons why there were over 40 Panda updates in February of 2015 alone. More and more content providers are sticking to inserting only single keywords into their content in order to avoid hurting their site's search rankings because of this, and some are even hiring SEO marketing teams to help ensure they don’t run into any problems.

Poor or Small Content on the Page

The Panda algorithm has been designed to actively seek out websites that have a lot of click-through and short viewing times. The algorithm is much more sensitive than it was in the past to indications that a site's content may not be credible or useful. It is said Panda also takes into consideration the size of the content now too, and many content providers are lengthening the size of the articles and blogs they post on their website because of this.

Slow Page Speed

Panda considers webpages that load slowly to not be compressed properly or judges them to not be optimised. People tend not to stay on websites that load slowly, very often, so the Panda algorithm after a while just figures that it won’t send searchers there despite how high the website's search ranking was at one time.
